Here's a great story ..

There's a guy named Terry Ryan.. got drafted by Montreal in 1995.. 1st round # 8 overall.. only wound up with a couple cups of coffee in the NHL.. (see Hockeydb below for ref)

Last played a pro game (ECHL) in 2002-2003 .. he's 47

In case you haven't seen it, he plays a character in the Letterkenny TV show spin-off "Shoresy"..

.. so he's sitting in a bar.. 4 or 5 pints in.. a shooter.. or two..
