Refs want the storybook finish for the Coyotes. Nice ref pass for the first Coyotes goal.

...certainly not much puck pursuit in this one. icon_nod

...this time, it's for real (isn't it?).

The Salt Lake sucks chants are kind of funny, but they did the same thing to Winnipeg.

...maybe it doesn't matter, but this team remains a riddle to me. IMHO it is important to take the last games seriously. I hope bad habits don't carry over into the post season. icon_neutral

After the last Ekholm penalty I knew there was not a Jontay Porter’s chance in hell we were winning this one.

Good on the Yotes fans. They deserve a dub on the way out.

I'm glad the Oilers played their part in that game. I remember being a much younger man when the Trappers left. I can still see local boy Mike Johnson tossing the ball behind him when the ump called off the final game due to rain. I would have stayed all night, but it wasn't meant to be. I paid extra for the box seats that night which is ironic because I really became a Trappers fan when it was the only thing I could afford back then. Sad to see 'em go, but I don't think I'll miss the Coyotes.
