Tre would be a strong candidate. I think he did some good things. Everything I hear from Calgary makes me believe he didn't have full control on what he could and couldn't do. Sure sounds like just making the playoffs so they could get there couple of first round home games was very important to the owner vs trying to build a team that could win.
